John Bell Williams Airport

Raymond, Mississippi

John Bell Williams Airport is owned and operated by Hinds Community College, the largest community college system in the State of Mississippi. While presently identified as a general aviation airport in the Mississippi system of airports, John Bell Williams Airport is rapidly developing into a future reliever airport to Jackson International Airport. The aviation situation in Hinds County and the surrounding region contains untapped opportunity. Through its partner with ADG, the airport has completed a major runway extension, large hangar complex and is finishing installation of a new Instrument Landing System. Future plans include a new terminal complex, control tower and business airpark with the Airport as the crown jewel of the project.
